Olugbenga is the Managing Partner at First Excelsia Professional Services, a leading Management Consulting firm with operational presence across eight states in Nigeria. With a career spanning multiple industries, he sits on the boards of several prominent organisations in Nigeria, including Blakskill Limited and PremiumTrust Bank, among others. He also serves as the Project Director of Friends of Jesus, a non-governmental humanitarian organization dedicated to impactful service and community transformation.

With extensive multi-sectoral experience, Olugbenga has established a strong professional reputation in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Strategic HR Business Partnering, Executive Coaching, Organisational Development, and Learning and Leadership Development. His approach integrates strategic insight with practical execution, making him a trusted advisor to corporate leaders and institutions.

A lifelong learner, Olugbenga is deeply committed to continuous professional development. He is an alumnus of the London Graduate School and holds a first degree in Industrial and Labour Relations, as well as two Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Organisational Behaviour.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM), and a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria (ISMN).
